Hunting the Eggs

It has been quite a while since the last post on this blog.  90% is probably pure laziness the other 10% just life getting away from us.  We celebrated Easter this weekend with a big Easter Egg hunt in our back yard.  This was her second hunt of the day.  Earlier we decided to go to Woodriver Cellars for their Easter Extravaganza.  They had a petting zoo, face painting, egg hunt, wine and beer tasting, and a bouncy house.  The egg hunt that occurred there could only be described as a re-enactment of the battle at Normandy.  Kids were dropping left and right fighting for every last egg and the whole thing lasted about 30 seconds.  Jordan lucked out and got 3 eggs mostly because she headed out to the egg field about 3 seconds before the other kids and found a group of them at her feet as the wave of kids hit.  We enjoyed the day and the 70 degree weather didn't hurt.
